Return Policy

Welcome to Taki Amsterdam! We're committed to ensuring that you're delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please review our Return Policy outlined below:

Return Period

  • Customers have the right to return their purchases within 14 days of the receipt date for store credit. Store credit can be used on future purchases from Taki Amsterdam.

Return Process

  • Create a Return Label: Customers are required to create their own return shipping label. Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged and the return label is clearly attached to the package.
  • Notify Us: Before sending back the item, please notify our customer service team at takistreetwear@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Receive Store Credit: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your store credit. Please allow up to 7 days for the store credit to be issued.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

Exclusions

  • Pre-order Items: Products purchased as pre-orders are not eligible for returns due to the special nature of these orders.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.

Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned product does not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Store credit issued for a return does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase at Taki Amsterdam.
